I met a cute guy at work who's always been super nice and talked to me a lot and made me laugh, the guy even brought me SALMON!! But he turned out to be straight (how?!) My best friend who used to identify as pansexual decided he was straight also, and that's the worst because he's adorable and always checks up on me and we always text and say how we love each other and cuddle platonically (he has Asperger's and past trauma, so he's a really special, unique case in that way). I tried making a move on him once and we talked about things, and he's like "I love you as a friend and we can cuddle, but I'm not physically into guys". Idk if the universe is just telling me it's not my time and I need to be patient (as if I haven't been patient enough for the past 20+ years lol), or if I need to be more assertive/confident or what but it's killing me, I just want the kind of loving relationship I've always wanted since I was a teen 😢 Sigh.
